Non Linear Integral Equation and Excited–states Scaling Functions in the Sine-gordon Model
The NLIE (the non-linear integral equation equivalent to the Bethe Ansatz equations for finite size) is generalized to excited states, that is states with holes and complex roots over the antiferromagnetic ground state. We consider the sine-Gordon/massive Thirring model (sG/mT) in a periodic box of length L using the light-cone approach, in which the sG/mT model is obtained as the continuum lim...
متن کاملGeneralized solution of Sine-Gordon equation
In this paper, we are interested to study the Sine-Gordon equation in generalized functions theory introduced by Colombeau, in the first we give result of existence and uniqueness of generalized solution with initial data are distributions (elements of the Colombeau algebra). Then we study the association concept with the classical solution.
متن کاملExact Controllability of a Non-linear Generalized Damped Wave Equation: Application to the Sine-gordon Equation
In this paper, we give a sufficient conditions for the exact controllability of the non-linear generalized damped wave equation ẅ + ηẇ + γAw = u(t) + f(t, w, u(t)), on a Hilbert space. The distributed control u ∈ L2 and the operator A is positive definite self-adjoint unbounded with compact resolvent. The nonlinear term f is a continuous function on t and globally Lipschitz in the other variabl...

متن کاملPerturbation Theory for the Double–Sine–Gordon Equation
This paper presents the perturbation theory for the double–sine–Gordon equation. We received the system of differential equations that shows the soliton parameters modification under perturbation’s influence. In particular case λ = 0 the results of the research transform into well-known perturbation theory for the sine–Gordon equation.
